Procrastinating for my article for The Star, I saw this on the Facebook Account on New Voice Company - a theater company which has been pretty inactive since mounting Into the Woods at the Music Museum starring Menchu Lauchengco Yulo as the Witch and Joaquin Valdes as Jack among others, though I’ve always admired the shows that they put out. This is a clip of “Seeing is Believing" performed here by my good friend Jake Macapagal and Monique Wilson from the musical Aspects of Love. I actually saw this show in Malate many years back (I think in 2005) and fell in love with the music very deeply. I believe Topper, Crisel, Jenny and Amiel were in it. Personally, this is one of my favorite Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals and I sincerely hope that a theater company would take up the cudgels to stage this again  - that or Jesus Christ Superstar. #amazeballs

Looking forward to this show for several reasons:
Jesus Christ Superstar - whoever’s gonna belt out to that sky-high note in the song Gethsemane better bring it good…
Phantom of the Opera - its songs are timeless. never fails to stir up the most palpable of sensations
Love Never Dies - the sequel to Phantom of the Opera. I’m quite curious to hear Webber’s follow-up to his hit show. Will the songs be just as good?
Aspects of Love - when I saw New Voice do this several years ago, I actually fell in love with the music. Can’t wait to hear ‘em again. “Seeing is believing…”
